Koncept was appointed by Vita Living to design the amenity spaces across two buildings within the Circle Square development, creating a premium lifestyle offer for their luxury apartment scheme.
The amenities include generous open plan social spaces with bars and kitchens, alongside private dining rooms, meeting and workspaces, cinema rooms and dedicated wellbeing suites.
The private dining rooms were then given distinct identities inspired by the site’s location within Manchester’s innovation district—a centre of scientific research, discovery and progress. The Astronomer, Wordsmith and Scientist dining rooms each feature a bespoke design, subtly referencing Manchester’s rich heritage and forward thinking spirit.
