A new 18,000 sq ft nett headquarters for the Louis Group, an international banking and development company, with 52 car spaces adjacent to Stratford Upon Avon. The Group wanted an iconic building, but balanced so that it could be a commercially speculative office as an investment property, with the ability to sub let and split on a floor by floor, or wing by wing basis. The building incorporates render, stone and brick work, with large overhanging eaves, with the main entrance on a vista seen from the roads approaching the site, to create a dynamic entry point into Stratford from the M40.
