Working along side architects Leach Rhodes Walker, KONCEPT secured the commission for a phased refurbishment of this early generation regional out of town shiopping centre. The scheme is to refurbish all landlords mall areas, and create a new identity for the centre, making the centre more of a leisure destination in the way that the Trafford Centre operates. The first mall refurbishment is complete and works are ongoing as letting progress within the refurbished malls.
